Daniel Kats is the President and Founder of DK’s Enterprises. He founded the company in 1999 after seeing firsthand how small and mid-sized businesses struggled to get dependable, knowledgeable IT support.
With decades of hands-on experience, Daniel leads the company with a practical, service-driven mindset – treating client systems as his own and building long-term partnerships based on trust, accountability, and reliable day-to-day IT operations.
DK’s Enterprises is an IT Managed Services Company dedicated to fulfilling the IT needs of small and mid-sized businesses in Nassau County, NYC, and nearby New Jersey. Founded in Inwood, NY in 1999 by Daniel Kats, an IT professional who saw the need for quality IT support geared towards businesses that needed a real partner — not just a helpdesk.
DK’s Enterprises, Ltd, over the last 26 years, has been supporting IT needs of New York businesses. Small shipping companies in Five Towns, medical centers in the 5 boroughs of New York City, and large manufacturing facilities in New Jersey are just some of the organizations that we partner with.
Since our early beginnings in 1999, we have developed a targeted approach to working with our clients. Instead of being an outsourced vendor, we become an integral part of the team. Our approach is to take full ownership of the IT cycle; we work with clients to determine their requirements and then deliver a comprehensive solution that fulfills their needs.
Thanks to the support and recommendations from our loyal clients and business partners, we were able to expand our reach to the NYC Metropolitan, Nassau County, and surrounding areas.
We aim to become the IT Department for our clients where quick & knowledgeable support is just a phone call away. We’ll then take ownership of the issue, finding a solution either internally or externally. We pride ourselves on treating our client’s networks as if they were our own.
Working with a wide variety of geographically dispersed clients have given us hands on experience with supporting both Local and Remote Networks, Cloud Technologies, VPN, Remote Desktop / Citrix, Exchange Servers and multitude other technologies and skills needed to support over 1,000 end-users, like DK’s Enterprises does.
